Here is another article on strength and conditioning for college basketball players.  What I really like about this article is that is looks like it is from a research paper and has a detailed program included with the article.  The beginning of the article talks about the exercise physiology that goes into developing a good program for your players.  While this workout is intended for freshmen in college; I believe younger players could benefit from it.  Just make sure to consult with your parents, coach, trainer, and/or doctor before starting.  Enjoy!
